We gladly accept exchanges

Contact us via within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

We don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Wallpaper printed to a specific size (rather than by the roll)
  • Customised or Personalised Products
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Products can be exchanged for another listed item of the same value or for store credit. As all products are made to order, refunds cannot be given unless faulty. In order to exchange the buyer must pay for return shipping.
Please pay using PayPal or Direct Checkout.
All items will be sent directly from Catherine's studio in West Sussex after being hand finished & quality checked.

Prints, singular scarves & cards will be shipped via Royal Mail.

All other larger items will be shipped with Hermes. Please allow 3 - 5 days for shipping.
